The Notice of Liability (NoL) movement offers a strategic approach for individuals opposing the installation of smart meters and the expansion of 5G technology. By issuing formal notices, we can hold corporations and government agencies accountable for potential harm caused by electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation. This method emphasizes personal responsibility and informed consent, aiming to protect individual rights and health by challenging the deployment of these technologies.

With the rapid and unchecked proliferation of wireless radiation sources, increasing exponentially every year, the FDA has failed to actively assess exposure levels, develop techniques to reduce exposure, or warn the public about potential harm. A formal Citizens' Petition was filed in May 2023 , by the non-profit organization Americans for Responsible Technology (ART) and other petitioners, demanding that they fulfill the clear requirements established for them by the U.S. Congress.

For nearly two decades, the FCC has been allowing and encouraging several big telecoms who provide both wireless and wired phone services to pull a sleight of hand, secretly repurposing funds paid by landline telephone subscribers that were promised to go towards building up fiber optic infrastructure to all households, into the buildup of 5G wireless. They were recently sued for this.
