Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) increase oxidative stress by generating free radicals, which can damage cells. Vitamins C and E, as antioxidants, play a key role in neutralizing these free radicals, protecting cells from EMF-induced harm. Regular intake of these vitamins helps reduce oxidative damage, supporting cellular health and potentially mitigating some of the adverse effects of EMF exposure.

Our homes and workplaces are significant sources of exposure to various electromagnetic fields (EMFs), including those from electrical wiring, appliances, wireless devices, and nearby cell towers. The increasing reliance on technology, particularly wireless communication, contributes to a complex "soup" of EMFs that we encounter daily, at home and in our vehicles. Understanding the types and sources of EMFs in our environment is crucial for mitigating potential health impacts.

Despite a $30 million government-funded study revealing potential cancer risks associated with cell phone radiation, further U.S. research has been abruptly halted. While the study's findings, which showed tumor development in rodents exposed to radiofrequency radiation, were validated by a peer review board, subsequent government reports downplayed the relevance of these findings to humans. This decision to cease research stands in stark contrast to numerous other developed nations, including France and the EU, that acknowledge the potential dangers of RF radiation and have implemented significantly stricter safety guidelines and exposure limits.

Among the many health concerns of the aging population, hearing loss is so common that past a certain age, it comes as no surprise. Around one-third of adults between ages 65 and 74 report some degree of hearing loss, and about half of elderly adults over 75 have difficulty hearing. A related condition that often accompanies hearing loss is tinnitus, or “ringing in the ears”. The sound patterns and intensity/volume of the tinnitus experience varies widely between individuals, but the definition of the disorder is “a perception of sound that does not have an external source, so others cannot hear...

From our perspective living on the surface, the Earth just looks like an expanse of solid ground, with varying terrain and occasional water. What’s not so obvious, since it’s hidden underneath this mostly solid surface, is that there is an entire network of underground channels and veins underneath this solid surface, very much like the veins and arteries in our own bodies! If an uneducated observer were to look at a human body, at first glance they may assume that its form is simple and solid, while in truth, under the surface there’s an extremely intricate network of not just...

DNA damage and fertility issues are some of the most well studied and well known effects of excessive exposure to harmful EMFs. They are also some of the most dangerous and alarming, if you consider the implications. Let’s touch on some of the most profound studies in each area, and then ponder the potentially devastating domino effects of both issues.

Electromagnetic field exposure can affect our mood, and can result in depression, anxiety, insomnia, lapses in attention and memory, and other brain and nervous system related symptoms. In fact, these are some of the first and most obvious symptoms of EMF harm. Is there a reason that these types of symptoms are so commonplace, and are often the first noticeable EMF effects for many people? Yes! It’s related to the electrical nature of our brain and nervous system.

World EHS Day brings awareness to the lives of the "canaries in the coal mine". These are people who are sensitive to the changes in our environment caused by the pervasiveness of man-made electromagnetic frequencies. These folks' symptoms are a sign that something is not right, and we need to use caution not to fill the air with harmful frequencies that wreak havoc on biological systems.

As the study results showed, the metal parts of the car’s frame and body panels act to block the dispersal of EMFs generated inside the vehicle. In free space, they would escape into the surrounding area, diluting their concentration. Inside a car, because the metal body will partially block external signals, it is more likely that your phone will have a harder time receiving a signal from a nearby cell tower, thereby ramping up the signal amplitude to a higher level to achieve a connection, increasing the EMF exposure of those inside the car by up to 400%.

It was recently announced that the Starlink 5G satellite internet service by SpaceX will begin full, global commercial service next month (August 2021). The Starlink satellites have been consistently deployed into low Earth orbit since May of 2019, when the first 60 operational satellites were launched. Sixty satellites are being launched at a time, about every two weeks, with the goal being over 1,500 satellites in low Earth orbit by the time full service begins in August.
